"Exercise and getting off the ward"

About: Highbury Hospital / Cherry Ward

(as the patient),

I can't get to the gym as there's nobody to take me. Need to exercise for diabetes.

I'd would also like to go in the garden, but can't get access due to staff shortages at times.

I need more physical activity 'cos I'm putting weight on

Good Afternoon,

I believe we have already helped with this, Cherry ward activity staff have approached Highbury live with regards to accessing the gym and I know we are waiting for a reply. We have ensured access to the garden for all patients over the past couple of weeks and there have been staff available to escort patients within the hosptial grounds and also local area.
