"Thank you to a volunteer!"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

If it wasn't for Veronica, an amazing volunteer I wouldn't have reached my appointment today on time. (8th April)

 I asked her for directions to find the fastest way to get there. She must have seen the look of panic in my eyes at having very little time to get there due to the usual parking stresses of QMC!  because she asked. 'would you like me to take you there?'  If I was allowed pre-Covid, I would have hugged her! 
She got me there on time and I want her to be acknowledged as being a hero today as she and many other volunteers make a massive difference.  By the way, she was in the reception at Ear Nose & Throat

Please tell her I left her feedback to say a huge thank you. :-)
