Attended Clinic F gynaecology this morning at New Stobhill Hospital, Glasgow. Was mightily impressed that I was given a Saturday appointment very quickly after referral from my GP.
Dr Thomson and her nurse Kerry were wonderful and treated me with total respect and dignity. Their caring and professional attitude was exceptional and as I was very nervous this made me feel far more relaxed. Everything was fully explained to me before and during the examination. After this I was given further advice and my questions were answered with the utmost patience and understanding in relation to medication given to me.
I am scheduled to return in 6 months and having had such an excellent experience, I will not be as stressed and worried. Many thanks to both and also the lovely lady at reception.
