Excellent service today at Mr Hollin's clinic. All staff were very friendly and efficient. Mary in day surgery put me at ease and was very reassuring. Louise was very professional and explained every step of the procedure. All the staff, I can't remember all their names, are a credit to the unit.
Having worked in the NHS myself I know how important and what difference a great team make.
