I have been waiting on the list since December 2019. I think this is not acceptable, peoples lives are at risk. I have been told this is due to an admin error. There should be procedures put in place to stop this from happening. I have been told today that you be in touch soon. Let’s see how long is adding on to my wait times.
Also I do not understand why it’s virtual. I would understand if we were not functioning correctly as a Country from Covid but we are.
Very impersonal this way. I am already stressed about the appointment and now I will have to make sure I have the technology there/working.
