Scottish Subscription Administrator training February 2024

On 27th of February, my colleague, Danielle, and I delivered a special training session for subscription admins and operational leads. As the 2 Engagement and Support Officers at Care Opinion Scotland, this was a great opportunity for us to bring together all the people we work with from across the country.

Before the session, we asked registered people what they would like us to focus on in the session, and the results showed most people wanted to learn more about running and scheduling reports.

Over the hour-long session, we looked at roles and responsibilities, as well as tasks you might need to do, as a subscription administrator. We also demonstrated searching and reporting features on the live site, using examples and options most commonly used by subscribers.
