On Friday 27th of September, Fraser, Executive Director & Head of Care Opinion Scotland, and I, delivered a session for staff and services who deliver health and care to children in Scotland. The session focussed on the new legislation in Scotland on the rights of children, brought about by the adoption of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) as well as how to ask for and promote Care Opinion to children and parents. We also looked at how services can use Bear to share feedback.
