Reinvigorating Care Opinion-register for our webinar on Wednesday 25th February at 12.30pm
As a trust we have been engaged with the Care Opinion platform since 2023 and have recently started to see more active use. Over the past 12 months we have seen increased patient engagement with the platform and received some fantastic stories with over 75% being completely non-critical. Just as important, is the feedback which highlights areas for improvement. Hearing first-hand from the patient voice is so important to us- learning from the patient voice and being able to respond to feedback in real-time, and publicly, allows us to demonstrate how we work with patients and how they are at the heart of our work.
