Do you find it difficult to approach service users for feedback? There’s a lot to think about: when’s the right time, and what should you say? You’re not alone - timing, wording, and approach all matter. Posters, cards, and leaflets can support the process, but they’re just tools. Real connection happens when staff ask for feedback face to face. It feels more personal, and people are more likely to feel heard and valued.

📅 Thursday 7th May 2.30pm
This session focuses on successfully implementing Care Opinion in the workplace and reinvigorating its use for long‑standing subscribers. We’ll explore how organisations can move beyond simply “using” Care Opinion to embedding it into everyday culture, processes, and improvement work.
Hear from teams who have built momentum across services, strengthened engagement, and found practical ways to reach areas and groups where participation can be more challenging. The session will share real‑world examples, lessons learned, and practical approaches to help ensure Care Opinion remains meaningful, visible, and well‑embedded across your organisation.
🏠Promoting Care Opinion in Remote Communities
📅 Tuesday 2nd June 2.30pm
We’ll be chatting with Care Opinion leads working in remote areas to explore the complexities and challenges of reaching people in harder‑to‑reach settings and encouraging meaningful feedback. While geography plays a role, some challenges go beyond distance - for example, in very small or close‑knit communities, concerns around anonymity and identification can make people hesitant to share their experiences.
Through open discussion, we’ll consider how Care Opinion can help manage these sensitivities, build trust, and create safe spaces for feedback. This session offers a thoughtful exploration of how to reach people in rural and remote areas, overcome barriers to engagement, and ensure every voice has the opportunity to be heard.
