Behind every webinar, chat, and training session is our small subscriber support team - Tracy, Liz, Emma, Lisa, Charlotte & myself – that’s it! Everything we do is designed to be simple, welcoming, and genuinely useful. We put lots of care into making sure every session is helpful for everyone who uses Care Opinion - whether you’re reading stories, responding to them, or using feedback for governance, safety, or reporting - there's something for everyone!

Everything we offer is shaped by what you tell us. When you ask for clearer examples, more hands‑on demos, or help with certain features, we build that into future webinar sessions, so the programme grows with you and your needs.

Clear, practical, and easy to follow virtual sessions.

Our training webinars are perfect for anyone who uses Care Opinion in some capacity. Each webinar is delivered remotely on Teams and designed to fit easily into a busy day - usually lasting around 45 minutes to an hour (depending on our topic!) - so you can join without it taking over your schedule.

Most sessions are recorded, and we follow up each one with helpful resources so you can put what you’ve learned into practice straight away!

A conversation with colleagues working in rural, remote, and complex settings. We’ll explore barriers to gathering feedback - from anonymity in close‑knit communities to challenges in mental health, justice, children and young people’s services, and digitally excluded groups.

Perfect for: Anyone providing services in rural and/or remote areas, or with a population who live rurally and live in smaller communities where identification may cause concern.

🤖 Chat 4: The Human Touch in an AI Age

How will the rise of AI impact Care Opinion stories? Join us for a discussion on how to keep empathy, authenticity, and trust at the heart of your Care Opinion responses whilst using AI responsibly, to support - not replace - human connection. Featuring James Munro, Director of Research & Development, and one of our senior moderators Ali Partick - this will be a thought provoking session for responders and not to be missed!

Perfect for: Anyone interested in how AI can impact on the Care Opinion "voice". Responders looking to ensure their voice remains human and compassionate whilst exploring how AI can help, but also hinder, responders.

🌸 Care Opinion Spring Conference 🌸

This spring marks our 10th Care Opinion Conference, and we’re genuinely excited to bring people together around this year’s theme: Humanity in action: Stories that shape better care. It’s a day built around real experiences, practical learning, and the power of human connection in health and care.
