In 2025/26, a total of 3,403 Care Opinion stories were shared. We would like to say a sincere thank you to everyone who has engaged with Care Opinion over the past year.

Whether you have taken time to read stories, respond to feedback, share learning with your teams, or use patient experiences to drive improvement, your involvement has made a real difference. The care, compassion and professionalism shown in many of the stories shared on Care Opinion are a direct reflection of the commitment our staff show every day.

Responding to feedback is not always easy, particularly when stories describe difficult or emotional experiences. However, thoughtful and compassionate responses help patients and families feel heard and reassure them that their views matter. They also support learning, improvement and staff reflection across services.
