Story Reflection from Star Responder, Jane Maxtone, Senior Nurse for CTACs, Perth & Kinross HSCP

As part of our Spring Conference 2026 'Humanity in Action', we asked staff in services to send us videos, reflecting on the impact that Care Opinion stories have on staff morale and wellbeing. The submissions were collated into a film, which we showed during our session, entitled, 'A Moment to Reflect - How Care Opinion Stories Impact Staff Morale & Wellbeing'.

One contributor, from an organisations I support, was Jane Maxtone, who is a Senior Nurse at CTACs (Community Treatment & Care Service) in Perth & Kinross Health & Social Care Partnership.

Jane was also nominated by her colleagues for a Star Responder Award, which we announced during the conference award session.
