Staff Reflection from Star Responder, Jill Green, Manager, Emergency Department, Craigavon Area Hospital, SHSCT

Those of you who were able to attend our Spring Conference 2026 'Humanity in Action', you will have seen our film - 'A Moment to Reflect - How Care Opinion Stories Impact Staff Morale & Wellbeing'. We asked staff in services to reflect on the impact that Care Opinion stories have on staff morale and wellbeing. The recordings they sent us were very moving.

One contributor, was Jill Green, Manager ofthe Emergency Department at Craigavon Area Hospital, Southern Health & Social Care Trust, Northern Ireland, a Trust I support.
