Thank you to everyone who joined us last week for our latest How To webinar on responding well.

During the session, we explored what makes a thoughtful, effective response to feedback and shared practical tips to help make replying feel more natural. We discussed what authors hope to hear in a reply, how a good response can show that feedback genuinely leads to change, and how it can highlight learning and improvement. We also touched on what to avoid - including overly standardised responses and relying too heavily on AI tools to draft them.
