OK, so we've launched our new blog. And here comes our first new site feature!
Helpful responses
A while back, we added the ability for people to say whether they found a response helpful. Anyone can rate a response as helpful or not, including the author of the original story.
It looks like this:
Searching for helpful responses
Subscribers have been asking us how they can find stories in the subscription where the story author found the response helpful - or, conversely, where the author didn't find the response helpful.
So we've added that to "More search options". It looks like this:
You can chose whether you are looking for stories with helpful or unhelpful responses.
You can also choose whether the responses can be from anyone, or only from members of your subscription.
Because you'll probably do this search in subscriber view, bear in mind the results will only be those in your own subscription scope. But you can broaden that to seeing all results, just by changing the page view to "public view" (at the top of the page).
This search will work with reports too - so if you want to have a report on "helpful responses from us in the past 2 months", you can. Simples!
If you'd like to know more, feel free to post a question below.
