Last month I blogged about some of our developing programmes at Patient Opinion, such as our work with clinical teams and with professionals in training. I might also have mentioned new features such as our digests, visualisations, dementia-friendly innovations, and smart alerting.
If all this sounds interesting but possibly overwhelming, then come along to our half-day workshop in Sheffield on 8 March (afternoon) when we’ll be sharing what we’re doing.
We’ll also be hearing from three exemplar organisations about how they use Patient Opinion effectively and the range of benefits they see for patients, staff, relationships and culture.
Our speakers include:
Dean Fathers, chair of both Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS FT and United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust
Sharon Kidd, Patient Experience & Engagement Manager, United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust
Sophia Fuertado, Head of Patient Experience, St Andrews Healthcare
Paul Sanguinazzi, Head of Involvement and Experience, Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS FT
The workshop will be friendly and informal, with lots of opportunity to ask questions and learn from others who are further along their Patient Opinion journey.
Please note that space is limited and so if you plan to attend, you’ll need to contact us to register. There is a limit of two places per organisation.
