10 years of Care Opinion & ''Hair Cuts at Highbury''

Julie Aicha is one of our great Care Opinion enthusiasts and as part of Nottinghamshire Healthcare Trust’s 10th anniversary of using Care Opinion she shares some of her recollections and reasons for promoting the use of Care Opinion in our Mental Health Services for Older People. (MHSOP)

Here Julie talks about how one comment on Care Opinion led to a change and a real conversation online. It helped to speed up the process of recruiting a hairdresser for the wards and in turn offered patients a better experience of care.
