In our special "double episode" July chat, we had a rare opportunity to discuss not only the implementation of online feedback in an NHS acute trust, but also the results of a study of the impact for staff at the same trust after one year.

There is little research to date on the impact of online feedback over time, whether for patients, staff or organisations, so this was an important discussion for both research and practice.

Our speakers at this chat were:

From Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust

The patient experience team at RCHT is sharing their ongoing "Care Opinion journey" on their blog.

From Plymouth University
