Film Launch - Care Opinion conference 2021

The film featured below, titled "Care Opinion across the UK" was launched at Care Opinion's online conference on the 21st October 2021. In this film, we asked healthcare staff from across the UK, what is was like to receive online feedback through Care Opinion.

We asked:  

• How do you share stories with colleagues (good or bad)?  
• How do you use stories to learn and improve?  
• How does receiving stories make you feel?  
• And how does feedback affect staff culture?
