Care Opinion - What's in it for me and my organisation? 

Care Opinion is delighted to announce the first of our lunchtime sessions aimed at staff in any organisation with an interest in a Care Opinion subscription. 

Care Opinion works with a huge variety of organisations who benefit from access to over half a million pieces of feedback on our public site.

These organisations include:

• Providers of all shapes and sizes of health and social care in the UK
• Commissioners and Monitoring Organisations in the UK
• Social Enterprises and Third Sector providers
• Care Homes and Hospices
• Primary Care
• Universities and Education 
• Integrated Health and Social Care Systems

The aim:

These sessions are there to ensure attendees will gain knowledge of the functionality of the Care Opinion site and potential value of a subscription for their organisation.  They can then make informed choices about the options for them and their colleagues.  Short presentations by a member of the support team and the sales team will be followed by a chance to ask any questions you might have.  

Its an informal lunchtime session so feel free to enjoy your lunch and have a coffee!  

Although the Care Opinion mission has not changed over the years, the functionality of the site and the expert support that we give to all subscribers has massively developed. 

For example, Invitation Links are now used by many of our subscribers to invite feedback in a flexible and convenient way. 

These sessions are open to all who are either considering a subscription or would like to find out more.  They will be offered via MS Teams (do email us if this represents any issues for you).  All attendees will be offered a further bespoke demonstration of the site for them and colleagues.
