"Bus shelter at east surrey hospital "

About: East Surrey Hospital

(as a service user),

The bus shelter is disgusting with food down the walls and what looks like blood smears. Please could this be cleaned at some time.

Dear East surrey h

Thank you for taking the time to post a comment about the bus shelter at East Surrey Hospital. One of our cleaning team had a look at it and I'm sorry that it seems to have recently been smeared with food. As a result we will be jet washing it and I have asked the team to keep an eye on the shelter so that we avoid any reoccurrence.

It may interest you to know that we will soon be replacing the shelter for one which is more modern and comfortable and hopefully you have also seen that we now have live bus timetable updates in both the Main and East entrances.

Kind regards

Ian

Dear East surrey h

As you have hopefully seen we have now replaced the shelter you refer to with a far better and larger one, including live bus arrival updates and much improved lighting.

I hope this has helped improve your experience.

Kind regards

Ian
