"Sometimes medicine is more than a pill"

About: University Hospital Ayr / X-rays and Scans

(as a service user),

A thank you to the UltraSound team of Ladies (3) at Ayr Imaging/US.  Why? They cheered me up. Sometimes medicine is more than a pill.

Thank you Ladies. Respect, dignity, and a laugh.  What more could we ask for.

Dear bmc875

Thank you so much for taking the time to share feedback on your healthcare experience, whilst attending for an ultrasound at University Hospital Ayr.

It will be my pleasure to share your kind comments with the Radiology Department, and in particular with the ladies in the ultrasound section.

Our staff really appreciate receiving feedback from their patients and I know they will be delighted to receive this and to know that you felt that you were treated with respect and dignity – and that you were able to have a laugh with them.

Thank you once again for taking the time to acknowledge your care experience.

Kind Regards

Pamela
