"We were very impressed with every single member of staff"

My daughter recently underwent the implantation of a pacemaker in the cath labs at ARI. 

We were very impressed with every single member of staff we met, they allowed me to stay with my daughter until she went through for her procedure and also allowed me to come and see her when she was in recovery afterwards, very appreciated as a worried mum! 

Everyone took the time to come and introduce themselves to us and to reassure my daughter who was a bit anxious. Her surgeon even let her pick the music to have on in the operating room, such a nice touch and a great distraction. 

I can't remember everyone's name but special thanks to Christy, Yolanda, Haytham (the anaesthetist) and the student nurse who was there.
