"Outpatients appointment"

About: Lincoln County Hospital / Cardiology

(as a service user),

Arrived at time stated in the letter. Was told there was no 24-hour ECG machine and my appointment had been cancelled. 

No phone call or voicemail, text or email. 

Was told to come back on the Saturday - this appointment was smooth and no problems experienced
