I attended for a mammogram at Forth Valley Royal Hospital. I would like to thank Moira for her lovely manner, kindness and positivity during the procedure. Her kind and caring nature instantly made me feel at ease during a worrying time. She made such a difference to my day by just being herself, and simply shows the power of kindness. Thank you.

Our apologies for the delay in replying to your story. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for sharing with us your experience when you attended for your mammogram.

It is such a daunting experience for any woman to attend for a mammogram but it always made easier when you encounter such kind and caring staff who immediately put you at ease and it is lovely to read your kind words about Moira.

I have shared your story with the Operational Manager and asked them to share your story with staff.
