"No sign of help"

I have severe rheumatoid arthritis and had polio as a child I am on medication and have a badly ulcerated foot.

The district nurse called last week and prescribed medication for my poisoned foot

I rang them this week to ask for a specific test relating to the medication I am on. I cant take the test as have not been able to get to clinic I am still waiting for them to call and do the test also my foot is ousing puss and needs looking at but still no sign of nurses.

I have rung my GP reception every day but was told I am not housebound?

I can't leave the house as can barely stand on my foot I don't understand why they won't visit me?
