I’ve met Dawn a few times over a few years now, at very difficult times. She is one of the loveliest midwives I’ve met.  Kind, caring, compassionate, thorough, and knowledgeable. Dawn helped and explained everything using very good open communication. She treated me upmost with dignity and respect.  All which made me feel reassured, safe and supported. 

Dawns way of working and being, I feel, truly reflect what the NHS Tayside values are about, what an asset to your team.

Dear taurusqd83

I am responding to this following my response to your other post in relation to Emma, so I again wish to reiterate my apologies for the delay in my response.

I again wish to thank you for your feedback, as I previously stated, we are extremely proud of the team who work within the Early Pregnancy Service and have the upmost respect for them and all they do.

Dawn is one of our most experienced team members and I, myself, rely on her expertise almost daily, so your feedback consolidates my own experience.

We use all feedback to reflect on our team and personal abilities and I can assure you that your kind words will be shared with Dawn to use as an element of this.
