"Cataract removal"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Cataract Unit

(as the patient),

On arrival to the Queen Margaret hospital Dunfermline l was greeted very pleasantly and directed to the ward, another pleasant greeting, the nurse called me then was very thorough checking all my details then administered drops to dilate my eye, all the time reassuring me then went through to have my procedure which again went well, no issues, doctor was very good, outcome is great, seeing really well, hats off to all staff nurses and doctors, if I could suggest a bacon roll would be good while you wait.

Dear Briwp45,

I am so sorry for the delay in replying to this amazing feedback regarding your visit to the Cataract unit and the thorough care and attention you received from the team!

Bacon rolls would be amazing which may be a little difficult to have to hand but we could offer a cup of tea and a biscuit instead.

Best wishes

Stacey
