About: Radiography services / Ultrasound Radiography services / X-ray Department

(as a relative),

I had to take my mum for an x-ray and ultrasound at the hospital. I just wanted to say that all the staff were lovely with my mum. While I was trying to pay for the car parking (which as a point of note the instructions for which are not very clear) I had to leave my mum in her wheelchair, the porter was also really lovely and chatty with mum and was most helpful.

I am pleased that you and your mum had a positive experience during your time in x-ray and that all the staff were lovely to your mum. It makes a big difference to when you are treated with kindness and compassion.

As the lead in x-ray I will pass on your lovely comments to the radiographers who will be delighted to get positive feedback. Radiographers strive on a daily basis to provide compassionate care to ensure the best outcomes and experience for all patients who use our service.
