"Ninewells maternity Consultant ultrasound appointment"

Arrived at the ultrasound clinic in Ninewells hospital, for fetal medicine consultant appointment. We were really early. We were greeted by friendly reception and health care staff. We were well informed there would be a wait as our consultant was running late. This is completely understandable with the unpredictable nature of the job and clinics that are run here. 

We met Dr Nicol, the fetal medicine consultant, and he was lovely, couldn’t be more accommodating, informative and knowledgeable. He also arranged a few things which allowed everything to be done in the one apt, instead of having to return again. Very patient centred. 

We then met Becky, the sonographer, who came for an additional test. Becky is lovely!! Introduced herself, consented and explained everything. She appeared very knowledgeable and gave me reassurance. A true gem and asset to your team. Many thanks to the team for a nice experience at a very anxious time.
