"My care and general chaos"

Sent to Lincoln County hospital for a minor operation which was incision and drainage of an infected sebaceous cyst, expecting it to be a day visit only. 3 wards later and the operation late at night resulting in an unplanned stay overnight.

Exposed to a triggering situation on one ward where a patient was told something devastating which I had experienced myself that I found upsetting and angry that the patient had no privacy.

Transfer to ward was erratic, porter rude and bashed the bed into everything with no apology.

Discharge took hours, all wards were cluttered and chaotic and most of the nurses didn't have a kind word for anyone.
