"Went the extra mile"

About: Omagh Primary Care Complex / Speech and Language Therapy

(as a parent/guardian),

I had the pleasure of Ruth standing in over the summer months as my daughter’s speech therapist. The service provided was fantastic! From sending pictures prior to meeting her and personalising each session to her interests she really did go the extra mile and it made all the difference. A true credit to the profession and WHSCT.

I am delighted to hear that your experience of the Speech and Language Therapy Service was fantastic and that you felt Ruth ‘went the extra mile’ for your daughter. It is important to us as a service that we are able to respond to each individual child's communication needs and incorporate their interests into therapy sessions. This helps children to engage and get the most benefit from sessions they attend.

I have shared your very kind feedback with Ruth and the Speech and Language Therapy Team in Omagh.
