"Such a wonderful team of humans!"

I recently attended PRI for a hysteroscopy and was incredibly anxious and really quite emotional. I cannot commend the team who looked after me highly enough, from the first moment I walked into the clinic to the moment I left. Every single person treated me with such kindness, compassion and respect. At no point was anything too much trouble and each person took time to explain what their role was and what would be happening next. They truly made what was not the most pleasant procedure so much more bearable. Such a wonderful team of humans! Thank you to all of you!
