"Pleased it’s our practice"

We had both our flu and covid 19 vaccinations today. Welcoming Staff were organised in directing us to the appropriate seating area. In two minutes we were met by a very pleasant doctor who put us at ease straight away and spent time explaining the procedure and what we could expect. Our pulse was taken and he gave us some leaflets to read at home (which were very informative.) He was very Efficient in gently successfully administering our injections.
