About: Emergency Medicine / Minor Injuries Unit

(as a service user),

Was seen at A&E this week for an ankle injury. Nurse practitioner Nicola was excellent, she explained everything to me, gave me advice regarding my injury, whilst being really reassuring.

From the time I checked in at the reception desk to the time I was discharged was less than an hour, that included an x-ray etc. thanks to all the A&E staff who helped!
