(as a carer),

Arriving at the A&E the staff from the front desk, and the Doctors and Nurses within the A&E was absolutely brilliant. The staff beyond there let them down. Waiting for a scan the two Radiologists were in their office laughing and joking around their own personal business. Doors to the scan open and empty, i had to chap the door after 15mins and let them know we were there. Bloods took forever to come back; I feel  beds could be released quicker if the support team was quicker.
