Thank you for taking the time to share your Cloughreagh story on Care Opinion. I am delighted to hear that you had such a positive experience and that collectively as a team we played a key role in helping you to regain your confidence.. We understand that falls can really effect your confidence and can increase the fear of further falls. To enhance staff knowledge and understanding they undertake Falls Awareness training which is mandatory. My role as a manager is to carry out regular falls audits. This enables me to identify any trends or patterns. The outcomes of the audits are shared with the team and measures are put in place to reduce falls.

The aim of the ICS rehabilitation service is to work with Service users to help regain confidence and provide advice on falls prevention strategies.

Thank you for your lovely feedback on the food and activities provided by Cloughreagh staff, staff do work really hard to ensure each Service users' experience is enjoyable and unique to them.

I would like to take this opportunity on behalf of the team to wish you continued good health.

Kind regards

Kate Mc Beth

Manager
