The care I received during my day case was amazing. Every member of Hollybank ward pre procedure were welcoming, friendly and reassuring.
In the theatre staff, the anaesthetists , the radiographer and of course my Consultant, Mr Saeed, and his Registrar treated me with reassurance , the upmost respect and kindness during my procedure.
Post procedure the staff on the ward were attentive and showed concern . Gave clear advice and instruction on my discharge.
Congratulations to an amazing team. You deserve a gold 5 star award.
