I received a telephone appointment within a few days and I was extremely fortunate to get a cancellation for the next day. Benedicta was dealing with me and she was very thorough and provided me with lots of exercises. She was lovely and extremely approachable. I have been doing my exercises every day and they are definitely helping. I have another appointment soon. I am very appreciative of the excellent care I have been given.

I am delighted to hear that you were provided with a telephone appointment within a few days and then received a face to face outpatients appointment so promptly. I am pleased to hear that Benedicta was approachable and thorough and that the exercises she has provided you with have been easing your symptoms.
