"Uncomfortable and cold night on the ward"

About: Lincoln County Hospital / Accident and emergency Lincoln County Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

Send to a&e by gp, various tests and mri later admitted to ward without an explanation.

Ward staff didn’t know why I was there, was not allowed my gp prescribed pain relief that night. Spent a very uncomfortable cold and in pain night on the ward panicking about what might happen. Served a disgusting breakfast that tasted like cardboard to see consultant and be discharged.

Best part was the care of the student nurse in the morning

Dear Micxd74

Thank you for providing feedback following your experience in Lincoln hospital. In order for us to forward this to the relevant team for a response, it would be appreciated if you would provide the ward of which you were an inpatient.

Regards
