About: Children & younger people's services / Continence Team (CYP)

(as a parent/guardian),

My son has night time continence issues. I was recently referred for a workshop.

The slides were read out but there wasn't much time to look at the diagrams and no expanded information was given. We were told it would all be in a pack. And that we would get the slides. And that we may have to register for (something which I didn't catch?) to get the pack.

So, I was expecting a follow-up email with these things/details but it has not arrived yet.

We are really sorry that your experience was not as good as it could have been, we will need to re-look at our workshops and what we can improve so this doesn't recur.
