(as a service user),

Just wanted to add that when the reminder message comes to remind you of your appointment, it would be good to have the telephone number added to the message in case you have to make changes or cancel appointment.

Thank you for sharing your suggestion on Care Opinion. This is something we will look into. When you get the reminder of your appointment by text you should also have received a letter which has the details of the clinic and the phone number which hopefully will help until your suggestion is taken forward.
