"Made me feel reassured, safe and right at home"

About: Lurgan Hospital / Ward 2 Southern Health & Social Care Trust / Dementia Companions

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

My stay here in Lurgan Hospital Ward 2 has been lovely so far.

I have to say that I am really pleased with the Care/ Therapeutic Actives  and Support offered from Aaron the Dementia Companion as he goes above and beyond.

Aaron has made me feel reassured, safe and right at home with his Musical and Arts skills.

I really want to thank the rest of the staff on the Ward2 as well as they do an amazing job and they should be so proud of themselves.

I am delighted that your stay Ward 2 has been lovely and that you are pleased with the Care/ Therapeutic Actives and Support offered.

This is to acknowledging that Aaron has reflected the Trust values, which in turn has enhanced the experience of care you received.
