"Staff attitude"

I have been at the treatment room and in for bloods a few times over the past few months and the members of staff on the desks and calls are all lovely and so friendly. Apart from a member of staff I have came across recently.

I found this member of staff very snappy and they actually sighed before they even lifted their head to attempt to greet me. I have seen this member of staff before over the course of time but this was the first time I actually had any sort of interaction with them as they were always chatting or on the desk next to the one I was checking in at. 

On a positive note, credit to the rest of the staff nurses , admin and phlebotomists are all happy and always smiling. It’s nice to see and hear the occasional laugh from the corridors. 

Keep up the good work ladies and gents, although I have not saw the big guy for a while.
