Excellent experience at Stonehaven Vaccintion Centre. I couldn’t get an appointment through the online booking system within the next month, but a slot appeared at this centre.
I waited for 4 minutes in the queue at reception because the receptionist was busy on the phone very helpfully sorting out appointments for a caller. (I did not mind this.) Pretty soon though a member of staff approached with a tablet to check me and another person in and guide us through to the vaccinators.
Everything was done so smoothly, professionally and simply excellent! Thank you very much, and congratulations on an excellent service.
