I was called for diagnosis of my diabetes, but only my blood pressure was checked, because prior to my appointment I was not requested to get the form for bloods.
I was disappointed when asked where are your blood test results.
Overall my time was wasted due to somebody’s mistake.
This surgery is excellent.
My comment are only for future improvements.
