"They made me feel so comfortable"

I was recently admitted to surgical admissions to have a hysteroscopy under anaesthetic. I cannot praise all the staff who looked after me enough. They made me feel so comfortable, taking time to talk me through every step and answer any questions. Kirsten and Maggie in the surgical admissions ward were so patient and kind, an absolute credit to their profession. Dr Yussef and his team have also been so professional, ensuring that I always felt a part of the decision making process. The anaesthetic and theatre staff completely put me at ease, and this was the part I was most worried about. Special thanks to the anaesthetic student doctor who did a great job with my cannula!
