The waiting time was minimal and I felt very comfortable with the doctor. She was very patient with me and at no point did I feel I wasn't being taken seriously or listened to as my issue was a little difficult for me to describe. As well as taking the best course of action for my issue, my doctor also helped me to resolve a previous ongoing issue that I haven't had much luck with in terms of getting in touch with the correct people. Absolutely outstanding experience!
