I am so grateful that my Dr always takes the time and never rushes me as he explains things to me because I am dyslexic and struggle to understand things.
The reception staff are very accommodating with my dyslexia when it comes to getting my prescriptions after my sister in Australia has had difficulty doing it on line for me.
