"Incredible support "

The woman with brown hair and helped with my first tablets was absolutely incredible. She explained everything in great detail. She didn’t belittle us, she made us feel so comfortable, I felt very scared and vulnerable at times during the day but she made me feel human again. My partner came to the unit with me this day and we kept saying to each other how glad we were that we had her as our main nurse. We don’t have a single negative comment about our experience with her. If it was our choice we would give her Christmas and new years off *hint hint and wink wink* Thanks again, we won’t ever forget you. Kind regards for the future.
